Federal Firearms License Disclosure
Iron Valor Armory is a federally licensed firearms business operating under ATF Type 07 Federal Firearms License (FFL). All firearm sales, transfers, acquisitions, and gunsmithing services are conducted in full compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), all applicable Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations, and the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Age Requirements
By using this website or requesting services, you represent and warrant that you are:
- 21 years of age or older to purchase or take possession of a handgun or pistol
- 18 years of age or older to purchase or take possession of a long gun (rifle or shotgun)
Iron Valor Armory reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot verify legal age, identity, or eligibility under federal and state law.
Prohibited Persons
Iron Valor Armory will not transfer, sell, service, or return firearms to any person who is prohibited from possessing firearms under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), including but not limited to:
- Persons convicted of a felony
- Persons subject to a domestic violence restraining order
- Persons convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
- Unlawful users of controlled substances
- Persons adjudicated as mentally defective
- Any other federally or state-prohibited person
All firearm transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check prior to release.
North Carolina State Law Compliance
All transactions are subject to North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 14, Article 52A and applicable local ordinances. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all state and local firearm laws, including purchase permits, carry permits, and transport regulations applicable to their jurisdiction.
Gunsmithing & Service Disclaimer
Iron Valor Armory provides professional gunsmithing, Cerakote finishing, laser engraving, and accessory installation services. By submitting a firearm for service, the customer represents and warrants that:
- They are the lawful owner of the firearm or have legal authority to authorize service
- The firearm is not stolen, illegally modified, or otherwise in violation of federal, state, or local law
- They are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)
Iron Valor Armory reserves the right to refuse service on any firearm that appears to be illegally modified, has an obliterated serial number, or raises any legal concern. In such cases, Iron Valor Armory is required by law to contact the ATF.
Iron Valor Armory is not liable for pre-existing defects, damage, or malfunctions in firearms submitted for service that were not caused by work performed by Iron Valor Armory.
Firearm Security & Intake
All firearms in our care are:
- Secured in an ATF-compliant mounted steel safe
- Logged with a digital intake and release record
- Released only to the lawful owner upon proper identification
Iron Valor Armory maintains intake and release logs as required by ATF regulations. These records may be made available to federal and state law enforcement as required by law.

Iron Valor Armory does not ship firearms directly to end customers. Any firearm transfers must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including transfer through a licensed FFL dealer.

Iron Valor Armory collects only the personal information necessary to provide services (name, contact information, firearm details). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. ATF intake and release records are maintained as required by federal regulation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Valor Armory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or services provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
This Legal Notice and all matters related to ironvalorarmory.com and Iron Valor Armory services are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nash County, North Carolina.
