Customer Policy
Returns & Refund Policy
Firearms and ammunition are heavily regulated, so our return policy differs from a typical retailer. Please review the details below before purchasing. Questions? We’re happy to help.
What Can Be Returned
Within 30 days of purchase, in new/resalable condition with your receipt.
- Non-firearm accessories & gear (unopened, unused, in original packaging)
- Optics & mounts that have not been mounted or damaged
- Cleaning supplies, cases and apparel in resalable condition
What Cannot Be Returned
All sales are final on the following, per federal law and safety policy.
- All firearms once transferred / after background check (ATF regulated)
- Ammunition and primers (safety & legal reasons — all sales final)
- NFA items (suppressors, SBRs) once the transfer process has begun
- Special orders, custom builds and Cerakote / bench work
- Any item showing use, installation or missing original packaging
Firearms & NFA Items
By federal law, once a firearm has been transferred to you (Form 4473 completed and background check passed), it is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect any firearm carefully before completing the transfer. If a new firearm is defective, we will help you arrange warranty service directly with the manufacturer.
Ammunition & Restocking
For safety and legal reasons, all ammunition and primer sales are final and cannot be returned once they leave the store. Eligible non-firearm returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if packaging has been opened. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Items & Warranty
Most firearms and optics carry a manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 business days and we’ll guide you through the warranty or repair process. Custom builds, Cerakote and bench work are covered by our own workmanship guarantee — reach out and we’ll make it right.
