Product Details

The Bushnell Prime 3-12x40mm Riflescope is a lightweight variable-power riflescope built for hunters who need a compact clear and dependable optic that holds zero and shrugs off hard weather. It pairs a versatile 3-12x magnification range with a 40mm objective and a 1-inch tube giving you enough reach for longer shots while staying trim and quick to shoulder on a rifle shotgun or muzzleloader. Providing durability you can count on in the field the exclusive EXO Barrier bonds to the exterior lens surfaces and repels water oil fog dust and debris so your glass stays clear when conditions turn against you.

This Bushnell Riflescope features the Straight Wall turret configuration designed for flat-shooting straight-wall cartridges. It ships with capped turrets that guarantee you never lose your setting to a bump or scrape in the field and the included MOA turret means the scope will work on virtually any rifle you mount it to. The BDC turrets track accurately across the full magnification range so your holds stay honest whether you dial down for close cover or crank up for a longer shot. The side focus parallax adjustment runs from 10 yards all the way to infinity letting you dial out parallax and sharpen your target at any practical hunting distance.

Optically the Prime 3-12x40 uses fully multi-coated lenses with ultra-wide band coatings to boost light transmission and image brightness in the low-light windows at dawn and dusk when game moves most. Eye relief measures a comfortable 3.5 inches and the field of view spans 29 feet down to 7.5 feet at 100 yards across the zoom range. The scope is IPX7 waterproof rated with O-ring sealed optics that stay dry inside even when immersed in three feet of water for up to 30 minutes and it stays fogproof-resistant so temperature swings won't cloud your view. At just 17 ounces it keeps your setup light without giving up toughness.
