Remington Centerfire Primers-7-1/2 Small Rifle BR 1000/ct

The Remington 7-1/2 Small Rifle Bench Rest Primer is a centerfire small rifle primer built for handloaders who want the same ignition on every round. Sold 1000 to a box it is Remington's match-grade small rifle primer formulated so the powder charge lights the same way shot after shot. That repeatability is exactly what tight groups at the bench depend on and it is why the 7-1/2 is a go-to component for precision and Bench Rest reloading.

What sets the 7-1/2 apart is how tightly it is built. Primer cup and metallic dimensions are controlled to four decimal places (.0005) and each priming pellet is weighed to .01 grams so the energy delivered to the powder charge stays consistent across the box. The priming mix is specially formulated for reliable ignition with a wide range of powder types which gives you flexibility as you work up loads. Remington tests these primers over a temperature range of -20°F to +150°F a span that covers a frozen morning at the range and a hot afternoon at the loading bench with no shift in performance.

The primer uses Remington's tripod anvil design which creates a larger "sweet spot" and holds sensitivity high even when a firing pin strike lands slightly off center. For reloaders chasing accuracy that means fewer flyers traced back to inconsistent ignition. Every lot is 100% visually inspected and put through critical ballistic tests before it ships so what reaches your bench has already been checked for the consistency small rifle Bench Rest shooters count on.
